Do you mean a turkey crown? if so all the supermarkets sell them, or get one in town.

I mean a whole deboned turkey - similar to the ones you can get

for Duck, chicken and pheasant etc.(sometimes with legs left on sticking

out the back)

I don't think anywhere sells spatchcock turkeys, I think if you want one like that you would have to make it yourself.

Any butchers selling fresh turkeys should be able to debone it for you, they might add a bit onto the cost but really shouldn't be a problem getting it done.

Just jump up and down on a skeleton possessing turkey 'til the bones turn to mush ... Bob's your uncle! (He is in my case)

Yes, I got mine from Baldocks at Woodseats, they specialise in poultry even though they are also fishmongers, I know he's open tomorrow!

Makes the carving so much easier, also if you wanted to really stuff it full, that is also easier.Never actually felt the need for one myself but i have been asked to do a fair few.:)
