Company that OCRs old news papers?

Hi folks, a query from a colleague: he is trying to find the company that OCRs (scans in old news papers, creating archives) with searchable text etc.

 

He thinks it is/was on Church street but he cannot find it. Do any of you know the names of any companies that do this in Sheffield? or this one in particular?
