Glasgow pub hit by a helicopter..

Recommended Posts

Some news outlets are reporting six people have died. The BBC are reporting one death and 32 fatalities. It's not known how many people are still trapped.

Witnesses are talking of passers by going into the pub after the crash to help.

My bold.

Are you sure?

Switch to BBC News, that's what they said at 11.30

I doubt they said that.

One death and 32 fatalities?

Really?

How on earth has a chopper flew so low like that, either they were ignoring orders or the engine packed in.

According to BBC News, 1 dead and 32 taken to hospital.

Imagine being drunk and something like that happening, what a mess.

Hope the injured recover in hospital and no more are found dead, a real shock before Xmas.

This is what they meant - sorry for any confusion.

Bring in the drones?

They're already coming. Police forces have tried them out as they're far cheaper than flying helicopters and they can't be seen from the ground if they fly a few hundred metres high.

Scotland is cursed when it comes to helicopters, 3 police choppers have crashed over the years, lost count of oil rig choppers crashing and the greatest rally driver ever, colin mcrae crashed and died with his son. Youd never get me in a Scottish chopper that's for sure

8 confirmed dead. 3 of those were on the helicopter.

May still be people trapped in the pub.

A sad day indeed.
