In terms of specialist firms try Rosalind Watchorn. They are the only one I can think of off the top of my head who do nothing but that.

it wasn't that long ago they (She?) specialised in conveyancing, maybe even estate agency. Maybe the property crash meant they refocussed their speciality, maybe they were poor at it so now do something different.
