Anna B Â Â 1,401 #3 Posted November 23, 2013 Have a lovely self indulgent day on your own: nice food, good wine, and feet up in front of good telly. It's not the end of the world, and some people having the 'traditional family Christmas' would happily swap places with you. Â Christmas has been built up into this enormous ritual of expectation which rarely lives up to reality for most people. So just enjoy it in you're own way, and stop imagining everyone else must be having a better time than you. Life's not like the adverts.
