The clipboard folk and chuggers have moved on from Fargate to the moor.  Isn't it about time we had rid of them? with the redevelopment going on, and a new cleaner image for Sheffield, you would think that the council would also be cleaning the streets too.  What do you guys think?  I think people should get on with their own life and don't worry too much about someone who is just trying to make a living, at least while you are down town their not rummaging through your house.
