Bodybuilding gyms

Max Fitness I think now, the husband goes there. There's one round the back of the shops on Southey Hill that I used to go to as well, Flex Fitness IIRC.

 

That's the place, not a trendy place, more like serious blokes (some of them quite big, in fact a few big 40+ blokes go in) and women. Some treadmills and bikes but mainly just a lot of Olympic plates.

Thanks for the replies. I was told monsta opens at 3ish?? Good now that I know it opens earlier, might have a look.

I was going to mention the one at Southey, Flex, I wasn't sure if it was still open because there's not really a proper sign.....

Evolution mate,it's worth the travel Jon who owns it is absolutely awesome there is nothing he doesn't know !! Diet,nutrition and training,he's helped me loads in losing weight 11st up to now,but he does help a lot of body builders as well,he just came 4th in the natural world champs,Kelly who he trains is the natural world champion,his mrs Rachel won it last year too,it might be a bit out of your way but it's deffo worth the travel,I wouldn't go to any other gym !!
