geared   315 #5 Posted October 18, 2013 Most places will only pay scrap value so no point in getting it valued, unless it's the value in the gold and the diamonds.  There should be a bunch more value in the diamonds than the gold as it's only 9ct, unless they're teeny tiny diamonds?? I took a ring and watch to Beaverbrooks, they valued, photographed and issued a certificate for them. Maybe an auction house will give a valuation. Just a couple of ideas.
