Hi,

 

Can anyone recommend a good Bonfire Night event that is actually on Bonfire

Night please? Anywhere in Sheffield will do (apart from the Don Valley Grass Bowl thing).

Not sure about the Wisewood fire but some info from tool1 below on the Walkley Cottage one:

 

Bonfire and fire works at the walkley cottage 6pm till 8pm on Tuesday.

Burgers, hotdogs, home cooked chips available .It was busy last year

 

And spotty dog also posts that the Holly Bush are having a fire.

not in sheffield but in the surroundings....details of peak district bonfires. looks like grindleford, hathersage, bradwell and hope are good bets for actual bonfire night and beyond.

After Dark event is a bit far to travel. Does anyone know if any pubs are having a bonfire and/or fireworks tomorrow night?

Anybody been to the last ones? Is it worth ten notes? It says the fireworks are played with music. What music? If it's dance and reggae I'm not going.

 

Can you pay on the door and does it get packed?

Apologies if this is in the incorrect section.

 

Does anyone know of any Firework displays in or near the Crystal Peaks area. Check at the Fox & Gypsy Queen and neither is having one due to health and safety reasons
