RootsBooster   24 #13 Posted October 14, 2013 Smoking a joint.  Hardly a victimless crime, the smoker could be buying legally, paying tax on it and still be getting it cheaper! (under other circumstances)
 Share this content via...

Mister M   1,624 #16 Posted October 14, 2013 Production and consumption of drugs, from paracetamol to cannabis, codeine to heroin, magic mushrooms to crystal meth. Although it could be argued that using land for the production of non medicinal drugs is violence to the landless who wish to utilise land for food production and medicinal drugs. However, the problem here is one pertaining to land ownership and use, and the production and consumption of drugs is no worse than using land to produce and use luxury goods such as leisure vehicles/transportation (bicycles, cars, horses, donkeys, jets, small planes, boats etc.)  ---------- Post added 14-10-2013 at 21:01 ----------  Occupying and utilising land that has been inherited and not physically touched/walked upon by the person inheriting it.  Not sure if I agree with you Chem. A bit of 'wacky backy' for personal use is one thing, but heroin and crystal meth? These drugs cause real misery to many
 Share this content via...

Nagel   10 #19 Posted October 14, 2013 Stealing a bag of brown from an addict and flushing it down the bog.  How is that victimless? Surely stealing always has a victim by definition?  It may even be doubly wrong as the addict might go out and commit another crime to get the money to replace his supply which you just thieved.
