rpsmith79, now that's a nice HDR, not overblown as usual (bad) HDRs are. DId you use any graduated ND filter?

Cheers, i have not done any HDR in a while as i got to "that stage" where everything i did was overcooked, so i had to force myself to stop

 

And no, no filters (i don't own any graduated ones either), hence probably the reason i was struggling so much, but i only find graduated filters of use on such minor occasions that i don't feel the need to buy any

 

Most landscape stuff i do i usually try and find a feature to focus on, tree, building etc, so using graduated filters would always obstruct that feature, hence why i don't find them too useful
