Next Keep Mums Fit Postnatal Exercise class starts on Monday 4th November - contact me ASAP to book your place. This is a progressive fun 6 week exercise programme that sees you return to exercise safely after childbirth.

 

Suitable for beginners and those who have exercised before, you can attend with your baby from 6 weeks following a normal delivery or 8-10 weeks after a caesarean.
