Goooooogle   10 #1 Posted September 23, 2013 Can anyone recommend a decent bed shop in or near Sheffield?  Looking to buy a kids high sleeper but want to have a look at some before we buy. Possibly a thuka or a stompa brand one.  Bought a mid sleeper (a cresta one )before from franklins some years back but they moved and I think since closed?  Have been to bensons, dreams clearance and discount beds. None on display at all...  Nearest stompa stockist appears to be beds r us in Bradford !
 Share this content via...

carlas_cat   10 #4 Posted September 24, 2013 It's a while ago now, but we bought a thukka high sleeper from this company http://www.boxroombeds.com/contact.php?n=n it wasn't cheap, but 6 years later the bed is still like new. They also alter the beds if you need them a smaller size.  They used to be on middlewood road but looks like they've moved.
 Share this content via...
1fish2fish56 Â Â 10 #5 Posted September 24, 2013 Franklins Bedside Manor has moved to underneath / back of the little Tesco Express on Abbeydale Road. It's above the cycle shop on Broadfield Road. I think it's still open.
 Share this content via...
Goooooogle   10 #6 Posted September 26, 2013 Thanks to all for helping. Decided to head to the Bingley showroom as it seems they have lots on display for us to climb on and test out.  Boxroom beds seem to be run from home ? Rather strange.  And Franklins has been closed.
