Trying to find Carol Mitchell

I know this is a long shot, but I wonder if anyone knows the current whereabouts of my old friend Carol Mitchell. She originated from Lincoln and came to Sheffield in the period '67-'69 to train as a nurse. During that time she worked at the Royal Infirmary. The last I heard was that she'd moved to Melbourne in Australia and was living there in the mid '80s.

Not sure whether she has married whilst out there (hence a possible name change) or where to find out. She'll be aged 64 now.

Any information would be appreciated.

Just bumped this thread again to say I eventually located Carol via Friends Reunited despite her now being married and living in Melbourne, Australia for many years. We've kept in touch, reminiscing about old times over the  years since then.

Amazing what benefits the internet can bring!
