Website that shows your computer info

A while ago someone on here posted a link to a website that showed what information about your computer was visible to the internet sites you visit.

Does anyone remember what the site was or possibly another that does the same?

 

Ideally I'd like it to be able to show Browser version, operating system version and ideally although not crucial would be the computer hostname and domain/workgroup name.

hostname and workgroup is difficult as that's not always available externally...

Yeah that's what I thought.... Possibly with reverse lookup on incoming IP connections if that'd even be possible.
