chalga   10 #74 Posted September 30, 2013 Curtis Davies made a very good point on Radio yesterday,when asked what Steve Bruce brought to Hull City,he said 'he knows how to win games',and went on to say that too many managers got wrapped up about playing a particular style instead of the winning bit. Seeing as a caller brought up Graham Arnold on RS on Saturday,one thing that still puzzles me is how the argument with Arnold broke out with him claiming our representatives were only interested in talking about 'hoofing' and working on free kicks etc.and Weir is the direct opposite.His favoured style of play must have been made known to us,so why was the talk with Arnold about hoofing style when the final choice was nothing to do with it.
