kdhurst380   10 #25 Posted March 1, 2021 I've lived on the Queens Tower development, and now on the new East Hill Gardens development (cumulative 8 years) and have never had a problem, in fact, it's really quiet down this end of Park Grange/East Bank.  The top end of the road has a harsh reputation (the whole area did at one point), but I spend very little time there, so I couldn't really pass comment. Down the bottom end where the newer developments are, you've really got nothing to worry about. It wasn't a bad place to live in 2013 and it's only got better with new developments attracting mostly professionals and young families. I didn't want my car to get broken into so I never locked the doors. “They” quite often had a look around inside it but never stole my Billy Fury or Del Shannon cassettes. Wonder why!
