Fogey   10 #25 Posted February 23, 2014 I have an old OM 10. 3lenses, 100-200mm, 28-50mm, 17mm and a 2x converter. I never was much good with it (50% hit rate if I was just out snapping and not 'setting up') and carrying it round was a massive pain. I abandoned its use for all but the most specialised applications about 12 years ago when I got a Nikon cool pix 2mp digital camera. To be honest I still haven't found anything that takes a consistently good pic like my cool pix. Made the mistake of buying a Panasonic lumix camera about 6 years ago. Was bloody awful. I Dug out the om10 a couple of years ago to take some pics for my other halfs art installation. Had forgotten how truly amazing the quality of its pics could be if you take the time to properly set up. The cost of film and developing was a bit eye watering and the quality of developing left a lot to be desired though.
 Share this content via...
