Numbers down a touch this week maybe due to the rainy weather.

However, the stalwart runners of Clifton Park were not put off and logged 2.3 runs per runner.

Who's done the most (not)parkruns? 

Nationally -  There has been some discussion and the most claimed is 50.

Locally - Over 20 is good going. Two I have seen are in the 30's with one runner on 39.

This is the summary of some research on 'mass gathering' transmission of Covid 19. parkrun HQ have circulated this.

Even though it gives a few grains of encouragement don't get your hopes up.

 

IMO - Small one lap parkruns have the best environment to suppress transmission.

BUT , the levels of control needed are beyond the current set-up.
