The Council’s site now links to a national Roadworks.org site and there is nothing of that on note, so assuming it’s open again? WallBuilder 10 #2 Posted September 4, 2013 It's open and was passable for quite a bit of the time as well but you only noticed that approaching from the Heeley end. I saw one guy though who obviously thought a coned off road didn't mean anything to him and so was none to pleased at being told by a workman that he couldn't go under the bridge.
