It is, but it's not the best bacon butty. Far too refined!

Alco, I love that pic, you're very talented.

I can only suggest travelling a further afield, Swinton has a great cafe and it's not owned by any members of my family, honest :D

My favourite is 'Andrews' right behind Marks and Spencer's. It has a lovely cosy ambience and out side seating area, upstairs as well. They give the largest slices of home made cakes ever.

Also we use to go to Cafe 22 right oposite St. Marie's Cathedral church on Norfolk row. Not sure it's still there or the name changed.

Masterchef on Staniforth Road (near Attercliffe Road) are good - not sure about their bacon butties, but their onion bhajis & baguettes are good, maybe the best & cheapest onion bhajis in town. 855 on Gleadless Road, at Gleadless Townend is good too.

For cake and a drink... Fancie on Sharrow Vale Road, just by the Hunters Bar roundabout.

Hercule in Crookes does lovely food.

Agree with the Woody's comment!

I love Harland Café and Bragazzis. Never been in that mod one on London Road but it looks good! I must go in one day.
