gnvqsos   10 #338 Posted May 31, 2012 A lot of hot air and scaremongering-most skips will be recovered and never see landfill.Soil and hardcore are sold on as are plastics metals etc.Softwoods are pulped etc. and a higher tax will stimulate a more imaginative and creative solution.
