I could be wrong on this but I don't think it's available on prescription to smoke, which is what the heads want to do to try and justify recreational use. Isn't it available in tablet form which does away with the narcotic side of things? Dried ground cannabis is an excellent seasoning for steak.

 

The smell of burning cannabis makes me vomit - So I make damned sure I don't over-cook my steak.
