I heard a radio advert today for some company that pays cash for scrap metal; they'll pay out to people that don't have a bank account by giving them a special card that can be used at cash points to get their money. What legitimate person doesn't have a bank account?

normally dumped u mean! seeing a lot of it going off now and getting ****** off about it! and the people who think its ok to just leave one outside near the road to let the council deal with!!

They usually take the compressor off the back and leave the fridge, its the only thing that's worth money to them
