I run Keep Mums Fit antenatal exercise classes at Trinity United Reformed Church, Ecclesall Road S11, Tuesdays 7.30-9pm.  The class aim is to: Keep Fit, Have Fun and Make friends.  The class focus's on gentle safe cardiovascular exercise, postural awareness and pilate exercises, core stability strength exercises, pelvic floor, stretch and relaxation.  At the end of the class you have the opportunity to get to know the other mums as we chat over tea about various topics.  If you like more information take a look at my website or give me a ring.  ---------- Post added 18-08-2013 at 21:00 ----------  Please note I'm on holiday this week 19th-23rd August 2013 so there will be no classes.  Classes recommence w/c 26th August.  If you have any questions about any of my classes or personal training then please do contact me. This is a progressive fun 6 week exercise programme that sees you return to exercise safely after childbirth.  Suitable for beginners and those who have exercised before, you can attend with your baby from 6 weeks following a normal delivery or 8-10 weeks after a caesarean.
