Tipex   10 #1 Posted August 5, 2013 First of all I don't want to make up some super ad on Personal training. Of course I'm here to sell myself to the public. I would hope I get some feedback from those who want to shift weight, build muscle, get fit and of course be healthy.  I work with clients who have shifted body fat and gained muscle. I don't believe a client should work hard, lose weight and move back to old habits after using my service.  If you're ready for change I'm happy to discuss any plans in PM.
