HOw do I find out who owns a web site

i want to list my hire boat on a web site called, Our Boats.co.uk, this is a site where you woud still deal directly with the owners of the boat, its just another advertising platform, but I cannot see how I can get listed, How can I find out please.

Just posting to say I saw better designed websites in the mid nineties.

Thank you guys, I know what you mean about the web site but it is just a listing of private hire boat firms. It was a guy who made an enquiry to me, I asked how he found my web site and he told me also of this one which he said he finds useful, so boat hirers do use it.
