I'm looking for a weightloss bootcamp in Sheffield preferable between town & crystal peaks but willing to travle further for a good one that is suitable for excersise beginner

Try evolouition gym at Westfield on carley drive,no boot camp but Jon can sort you out with diet and fitness both him and his mrs know there stuff,he's helped me lose over 10st since last year !!

Its a full body fitness workout.

 

The workout includes abdominal workout, circuit training, high intensity, punching the focus mits, shuttle running and other (fun) fitness activies like comando crawling + exercises done in pairs.

 

It always changes every week to prevent boredom and to work different parts of the body.

 

Yes just turn up if you wish, its a fairly big room.

 

If you are looking for an easier class, the 7.15pm class at Gleadless is far easier and probably more suited towards people seeking weight loss.
