No I do not run the coarse , the three guys who run the coarse are very Experianced not just im martial arts but in the real world of violance as well, my experiance is nothing to do with it , and as far as the level I trained at, what's that got to do with anything???. Ronin self protection is an awsome class , ran by top trainers. Try it or don't! End of

Ps. I trained at afk for 4 years and although I am not a great standed. The training was and as I know you train there is that your question answered !!!!

 

As a reference, yes Dave Bonner DID Train at AFK.

He also had a few Light Continuous contests and sparred with myself as well as ISKA Kickboxing champions Yousif Ibrahim and Ant Stuchbury amongst many other successful Full Contact and K-1 style Fighters at AFK.

When it comes to self defence its similar to comparing a cat and a lion. If you dangle some string in front of a cat, the cat will attack the string. But if you dangle some string in front of a lion, the lion will attack the person who is holding the string.
