Crrel   10 #1 Posted July 22, 2013 Having Owned my own business for several years.  What do people think of the MANAGEMENT there as ive got my own opinion about them.  I find them disrespectful to their staff in front of customers(which i consider a BIG no no).  Treat them like skivvies.  They speak between themselves in their own language so the staff and customers never know if they are been spoke about which i think is disrespectful not only to their staff but customers also.  Now this Chippy has a 5 star rating to which the management need to have respect for their staff because if it wasn't for their input and commitment to the job this rating wouldn't be there.  Rant Over.
