Porn to be blocked!!

Recommended Posts

So from the 1st of this month, a whole bunch of acts have been banned from production and sale in UK porn (full list here).

However, I can't find any report or reasons given for the bans, one which I find particularly odd is the banning of female ejaculation (images/videos of).

What possible reason is there for banning that?

I'd like to know who's daft enough to buy porn these days when it's so freely available online.

this is not big brother at all. There are things that are banned in the real world too. Just because you can find them if you look hard enough doesn't mean they should be freely available to anyone no matter what.

A porn website is currently just as obvious on the internet as M&S is on the high street. This has to be wrong, unless you see nothing wrong with a live sex show club being situated right in the middle of Fargate.

And for the record, big brother is about total control of a persons life, not singling out one aspect of society that really should be censored as it is in the real world.

I tend to agree with your point, you should have to look for porn instead of it finding you or stumbling across it by accident.

As a single man I will still be able to access it I imagine and the internet will be far safer environment for the many kids that use it so I can't see a problem.

The Tories don't believe it actually exists and want to keep sex real :hihi:

The internet has anything and everything for all to see and strangers to start talking to, I don't think the net will be "far safer" just because Porn is blocked.

Ok point taken, but it will be safer in respect to corrupting your minds and having them have to grow up with the perversions of adults, it will help keep young minds innocent of some aspects of sex that's represented in pornography.

It's the job of parents to stop their children accessing porn, not the government and not at the expense of other adults.

The same parents that let kids stay in all day on a pc rather than encouraging them to go out exercising themselves ? :hihi:

wrong, generally you have to look for porn to find it, I don't come onto say SF and stumble on porn, same with all the other sites and forums I use, both mainstream and not. you make out porn is everywhere.....well it is....if you look for it.

its nothing to do with protecting children, these bans, that's a red herring, its about control.

parents can easily block, filter and monitor at home, and if somebody uploads porn to mainstream sites then THEY should be banned, NOT the act.

My heart really goes out to those soon to be deprived poor adults how will they get through life without their porn supply.

Truth is I don't care a fig about them. Too many children's lives are being ruined by the actions of paedophiles. Any government initiative to take action against that has my full support.

Are you saying those who watch porn are paedophiles, you talk about "poor adults" and then say you don't care about them, then says too many kid's lives are ruined by peadophiles.
