Asda café must be the worst food going

The only supermarket I have eaten in is Morrisons at Ecclesfield.

Always the same meal....fish and chips.

Why? Because there isn't a decent chippy in Sheffield and theirs is quite reasonable.

 

If looking for a decent meal (on a budget ) I'll find a Crown Carvery.

The Catcliffe Morrisons is pretty decent (for fish & chips or scampi & chips at least), and at a reasonable price (£8 for both including drinks, after 4pm usually).

 

Unfortunately I've also never really liked the Handsworth Asda food - but there must be plenty who are happy enough with it, or they'd have been forced to up their game by now...

 

Personally though, I much prefer Costco's food choices - cheap as chips and some nice food (by supermarket standards!) - particularly the bbq chicken pizza, or chilli jacket potatoes

There are numerous decent chip shops in Sheffield, you've obviously never found them

We used to go in for breakfast on Saturdays but the food got so bad and the staff were terrible,we now go to riverside cafe and the food is all fresh and cost more or less the same..
