The Bar 27 night as far as I know wasn't a success so it was not repeated.

 

 

 

REMINDER: FLIRT-ATIOUS, the monthly night at STUDIO 54, (former Takapuna) West Street is on TOMORROW, from about 10pm. THEME: 'UNPLUGGED/INDIE MUSIC! REMEMBER, IT IS FREE ENTRY!

P.S. there is a fundraiser Cabaret night for Access Space TOMORROW, SATURDAY 15 JUNE, at 7pm onwards, at Access Space Computer Centre, 2, Sidney Street, opposite RUTLAND ARMS PUB. Gay and other performers will be doing songs, poetry and other stuff!

As the OP alludes to and as I was going to also say, I think it's probably been under-advertised?

 

It was indeed under-advertised. Any reason to party, especially in the sun, with friendly, happy people.

It is very surprising that it has not been the subject of multiple threads and posts.

 

I guess that it is a reflection of the reality that SF is only the sum of its parts.It is only when it has the support and patronage of all active members, that it can reflect the diversity of Sheffield.

I'am very pleased it was mentioned on here before. I stand corrected. Sheffield should, rightly, be proud.

 

Having a large, active membership, does not always guarantee a quality forum. Though we must temper that with the evidence at hand in this particular case.

It's your life and body, you don't need to tell everyone about it, just get on with your 'private' lives.
