You would have thought we would have been made aware of this!! None of the lights work at night, its never maintained. We have tried to get council services to help but it just gets passed around!! Asked police, they confirmed that kids had been attacked. Residents are getting a statement today. As for your other comment you are probably right but you have missed out white, chinese, african, russian etc. But youre right with men!!!
