Zenshu   10 #2 Posted June 9, 2013 Hi, It's a bit hard to say whitout knowing more about your eating habits and your body composition The basic answer would be eat more. If you fixed your stress issue, try to slighly increase your amount of vegetables in your meals (three fingers more of vegs in your plate) but it's considering that you eat enough protein and fat. You may want to add some physical activities as well just not cardio.
 Share this content via...
getphysical   10 #3 Posted June 14, 2013 Stress is notorious for messing up your weight. Some people comfort eat and pile on the pounds, others feel as though there's a brick in their stomach and can't eat. As your stress levels decrease and life comes back onto an even keel, you'll find that your weight will settle. If you had a reasonable diet beforehand then you shouldn't have a problem, but as Zenshu says, without knowing too much about you, it's difficult to give you firm advice. Tipex   10 #4 Posted August 6, 2013 I would suggest increasing your portion sizes of ''GOOD CALORIES'' from carbohydrates, fats and protein.  Darker meats, oily fish, wholemeal breads, pasta, rice, ETC.
 Share this content via...
