Double glazing window repair

Hi,

My parents have 3 separate double glazed windows where i can only imagine the seals must have corroded because water/condensation gets in between the glass panes. The windows are about 15 years old now.

 

Does anyone know of somebody that can sort this out?

And what will it involve, new seals only or completely new window glass?

 

I was thinking of contacting a few of the local double glazing manufacturers but i thought i'd get some advice here first.

I read about some system recently that is supposed to work. Can't remember where. Many of mine have gone and some of the panes are floor to ceiling. I can't afford to replace them.
