You can cast an "informal vote" ie you spoil it, or you fail to make any mark at all on it.

 

As I understand it, it's not strictly compulsory voting. It's compulsory to place a ballot paper in the box. You can draw whatever you like on the paper.....

Before you say it can never happen here , think about the times it has happened before in Europe , Spain , portugal , Italy Germany

kebab shop I frequent occasionally there is a poster with a lone figure,underneath is the message "stand up for the truth even if you stand alone". I fully intend to do that. Less often now the odd person gets in my cab and says "I hate pakis,don't you?." May I always turn to say "No,actually,they are as good and bad as anybody else.Some are the salt of the earth,some are a pain in the arse!
