Proposed NEXT store Public Inquiry

Recommended Posts

Why would you want to suffer public transport when you have a vehicle ?

What`s the point of owning a vehicle then not using it ?

What's the point of having legs and not using them?

I have a car and it has not left the drive since January this year. The super-tram is the best option for me. I don't think I could use the bus though if the tram was so convenient.

And, I hope, to use the accelerator and footbrake (+ clutch, if manual transmission).

The store has been open now for over 2 months, has anyone been and what is it like? I have not, none of my friends have and I have seen no mention of any visits on the forum. Has anyone been or heard of anyone going?

I work a stone's throw away and pass by it everyday, sometime several times during the day. Car park looks busy enough, always at least half-full.

I've been. I work near by and just went for a look around at lunch. The place was packed. The room layouts are good and whereas before I might be put off from buying a large piece of furniture out of a book, you can now see the items.

The sales assistant said it had been really busy every day since opening.

Many thanks for the feedback.
