Brookfield family

There used to be a family of Brookfields living in Hackenthorpe about 40 years ago - Ray and his wife and 2 children Keith and Lynne. They were neighbours of ours.

Hi, just joined Sheffield Forum. My dad is Alan Brookfield, his brother Tony died in 2004. My dad is still alive.

I had a pal called Tony Brookfield who lived on Industry Street at Walkley.

His dad lived on The Bolehills at Walkley.

Not as far as I know, he has always been in the building trade.

I worked with Alan and Tony on the furnaces and power stations,I remember working at Didcot power station and there was 5 of us and we was all called Alan.I'm shocked to learn that Tony has passed away he was a great bloke and always good for a laugh. alan p.

Yes dad used to do that, he travelled all over. 2004 Tony died. My dad still going although not as strong and as fast as he once was!
