Hotmail e-mail ..not working

noticed last night, that my Hotmail. e-mail account has locked up,

 

ie I cant see sub folders, or compose new e-mails....any ideas,

mine isn't working either, when I sign in it goes to outlook express or something and i can't open e-mails or anything. I can open them when I look on my mobile though:huh:

They are moving everyone to Outlook.com.

no, I have used someone else's laptop and it worked fine there......its just mine own laptop that I cannot compouise e-mails and move sub folders.....strange.....help.....some one must be clued up.....with this issue.

Slightly off topic but still to do with Hotmail.A pal of mine got an e-mail with a photo attached from an I-pad, to his windows 8 laptop.When he tried to forward this e-mail only the addresses of the people he sent it too appeared.Could this be because it originally came from and apple thingy.
