Outhouse -new roof

Hi,

I want to do out the old outhouse attached to my house,its the flat roof type on the council built semis at Shiregreen.

Am looking at having a leanto roof and facias etc put on and having the inside plastered up and maybe some heating put in,couple of radiators.

Anyone have a rough idea of price ? i know a few round here have had similar done.
