How much to renovate the whole semi detached house?

Thanks for your advice. This is the property I am intrested.

I have some PM, so I have some rough idea now. But anybody have any more price idea.

 

 

Maybe not the best idea to post the actual details of the property you are interested in renovating before you have acquired it.

 

Some big numbers are also being thrown about here by companies you have never dealt with before. Check them all out thoroughly, are they really qualified, insured, have previous satisfied customers etc before handing over any money.
