Plane round handsworth at night?

i will more than likely be a plane mappling the aresas for different areas so they can print maps ,

It's all part of the government's new plans to make Sheffield a "stealth" city.

 

Surveillance aircraft are being deployed to monitor the effectiveness of the new led street lights (see here) to make sure that "no glare escapes into the night sky" and that "Sheffield is no longer visible from the Peak District"...

 

... I thought everyone would have known that!
