No Tesco boot this weekend. I called in today and there isn't one booked in the diary yet but it may be in 2 weeks time.

Pretty sure you can. Pal of mine stood there last year with LWB Tranny Van.

 

You might have to pay a bit more though.

Is it definitely an 8am start at Thorpe Hesley? I stood at the last one and thought it started at 7am. Have they changed the time as we're going again tomorrow.

 

Nothing on the Loxley website regards start times so can't help you with that one.

if you wish to book and pay cash for a carboot stall you can just call in at the heeley dev trust or heeley city farm and book now or tel 01142500613 ext 1 or email [email protected],book now for this event with huge footfall and on hard standing and part of a great festival thanks

6.45am and the road upto Thorpe Hesley is solid. Buyers walking up too unaware its a 8 am start. Some not so good parking near the traffic lights is causing chaos. Another wonderful day in the strange world of carbooting!

J28 Twin Oaks very good today . BUT be prepared for an hour to queue to get out from 3.30pm

 

This drives me crazy, the amount of money they must take, you'd think they could pay a couple of the marshals to carry on directing out of the car park, to stop the free for all that it ends up being!
