It looks like a bit further away from the city, almost as far as Dronfield. Is it easy to get to the city on a daily basis?
 Share this content via...
artdecoman   10 #4 Posted March 5, 2013 There are 2 bus services run by first & stagecoach 25 25A & 53. Means there should be a bus every 10 mins from Bradway. Or walk 5 mins through the wood to Abbeydale road south & get the Totley bus 97 or 98. Also option of train from Dore & Totley Station. Just building proper carpark for that. Â Depending where exactly you are, and whether you're prepared to walk through the muddy woods. Â I use the train as often as possible. There are 3 between 8.00 and 8.30 which take only about 8 minutes, no other stops, and cost less than the bus. Returns are hourly about 5.12 and 6.15 from memory - not so frequent. Â There are paths leading down from Roasmond Avenue and Poynton Wood Glade. I allow 15 minutes for the walk, but often go more quickly and usually do it in 10! Â Bradway Action Group put in steps on the steeper path down from Rosamond Avenue.
 Share this content via...
