Personal trainer wanted. HELP!

Recommended Posts

I would suggest you try Prime Mover (http://prime-mover.co.uk/). I came across them when one of their trainers came to me as a hypnotherapy client. I dislike most gyms, but I went along just to see (they do a two week free trial) and haven’t looked back. It is not one to one, but they have very small classes and you get as much individual attention as you need to make sure you are getting the most out of the sessions. They are short (25 mins) and intensive. They hurt (at first) but they work. And its fun

Thanks Kthebean and Gleady. I know who Kthebean is, but Gleady? your either the lorry driver or the very tall person who attends one of the classes - being naturally slim means you have to be one of these two people, anyway.....moving on.

For many people one session per week is the maximum they can do and this could be for work reasons or family reasons, and many of the regulars can't be bothered to change their eating habits (after all if theres a big fat slice of chocolate cake to be had, why not eat it?).

If you opt for the personal training, its 1-2-1 and all workouts are based entirely around your needs, the areas you wish to work and the type of training you enjoy.

As people get fitter the workouts can last for 90 minutes (as they get fitter they will need more work). In the initial stages the session will last for around 50 minutes.

We also have classes around the city, all with a friendly atmosphere.

You should try James at On Track Fitness (ontrack-fitness.co.uk). He's really passionate about health and nutrition and has a mobile van with equipment so can come to you. I'm really enjoying my sessions with him and am seeing good results.

47cm lost from whole body from the start of May for one of our class members

Thats one training session per week, no dieting. Just train in your own sweat and you too will see fast changes.

Personal Training available, however the classes are just as good and cost £5 or £6 depending on when you train.
