I have seen quite a lot of traders using pop up marquees, I think you can buy them from Makro for about £60 for a 3m x 3m with sides!

There are some professional pop up gazebo type structures whic are sturdy and don't blow over easily in the wind. I wouldn't buy something cheap like this unless you only want to shelter from the sun in an environment when its not windy.
