Damp in bedroom

Recommended Posts

Are the two bedrooms on the same side of the house? Where about does the mould start.

Is there a gutter on that side of the house?

It sounds like your loft is sweating and you may need roof vents fitted. This problem usually occurs in cold weather and Snow blanketing the roof.

Thanks everyone - will have to try the vents and use the anti damp paint

what paint is anti-damp and where can you get it from, does it prevent condensation and mould?

You can get damp proof paint from places like B&Q, Wickes, etc. but it does not work for long. Your better finding the cause and dealing with that first.
