Isit better to get bigger by using bigger weights and little reps or more reps and smaller weights? Cheers

If you want to build bulk then the only way to do it is by causing your body to build new fibres and you do that by working your muscles to exhaustion by using big weights.

 

Smaller weights with more reps will tone what you have, but only by causing micro-scarring by forcing the muscle to work harder than it can cope with will you cause bulking up.

Bigger weights and little reps will build you up. More reps and smaller weights will get you toned and cut up.
