Theres' Cakes 4 Us on Division Street, used to be on London Road for a long time. I think it is run by chinese, but the cakes look really wacky

I would say Costco you won't get a better one for the price

Plus they are big and I'm guessing there will b lots of mouths to feed at an 18th party
